Great value. Close to Nishi-kasai metro so easy to get to centre of Tokyo. Also close to Disney Sea and Disney World. Would be excellent for business in Tokyo. Great Tonkatsu restaurant in Nishi-kasai mall as well. Plenty of amenities close by.

Location was great. A few minutes walk from the train station. There were restaurants and convenience stores around the hotel too! Amenities were also provided.

Really enjoyed the provided umbrellas. The front desk staff were lovely and very helpful, they had English speaking staff. We enjoyed the provided slippers in the room

The hotel provides a surprisingly wide array of food for breakfast (relative to the small size of the hotel), which includes Japanese cuisine, bread, curry, and even desserts. The location was close to the subway station as well as the Kasai Rinkai Park, which I was able to visit at the same night I arrived at the hotel. The restaurant choices were also abundant around the hotel.

This was a very cool hotel. An extremely comfortable room with an elegant feel. The bathroom was awesome. Didn’t feel the least bit cramped though the room might have been slightly smaller. The decor was incredibly charming. The staff were courteous and they had plenty of amenities available. It felt separate from the surrounding area, like it was from a much fancier time and place. The station is a pretty close walk. I think it would be a nice place to stay for a few nights in a row.

Staff was great, they moved our two beds together at our request online before we arrived because our twins just love rolling around and would definitely roll off the bed. Cleaners we're very great and helped us dig out toys from between the beds too. Price was also one of the cheapest.

The hotel is close to the Tozai Line’s Nishi-Kasai Station—take the south exit and walk straight. It's about a 7–10 minute walk, with landmarks like AEON, Kaldi, and several restaurants along the way. Due to some confusion with the directions, we initially ended up at a different branch of the hotel. However, the staff were very helpful and kindly walked with us to show the correct location. The room space was decent, though not very large; it was acceptable for a twin room. The location offers great access, as it's on the Tozai Line, which connects easily to other train lines for convenient transfers.
